From Lucknow to Jeddah: The Rise of Mohammad Saad Anwar, the Entrepreneur Shaping Two Worlds

The Rise of Mohammad Saad Anwar, the Entrepreneur Shaping Two Worlds , Entrepreneurship requires hard work, persistence, dedication and perseverance to overcome problems and develop a concept into a successful business. Building and maintaining a corporate empire takes time and most entrepreneurs struggle to start a successful business. However, some people quickly reach the pinnacle of success thanks to their skills and knowledge. Mohammad Saad Anwar is a young entrepreneur who has built a thriving business.

Mohammad Saad Anwar has carved out a place for himself in the annals of young, successful entrepreneurs in the sprawling city of Jeddah, where the Saudi towers graze in the sky. However, his ancestors hail from the dynamic city of Lucknow in India, known for its rich architecture and storied food culture. It is a journey not only of distance but also of perseverance and vision – the story of a young lad from Lucknow who overcame cultural and economic hurdles to become a prominent foreign investor in Saudi Arabia’s thriving economy.

Saad grew up in Lucknow before moving to Jeddah with his family. He attended Shathi Al Noor International School for primary school and Al Mawarid International School for secondary school. He faced life’s adversities by specializing in commerce; for him, education was a luxury that the family budget could not afford.

At 18, Saad left school and started working as an account manager at SMS Al Arab. A short five-month stint gave him a wide range of skills. Saad left the company with extensive knowledge and skills at a time of restructuring – a risky starting point for any profession. Nonetheless, he tried many jobs in different industries and experienced the twists and turns of the corporate world.

In March 2017, the hands of fate took a dramatic turn. During this time, Saad was dissatisfied and yearned for more. Then he met Shahzad Latif and Husnain Akbar, two people who would become the linchpins for his business goals. Saad Anwar and his newfound comrades founded Senyar Arabian Trading Company and did not let the steadiness of the work get them down.

Saad Anwar wore several hats as a budding entrepreneur. He moved from operations manager to financial controller, navigating the maze of business with the agility of a chess genius. Shahzad Latif joined him as a business partner and wise advisor, supporting Saad’s tenacity amidst their numerous challenges.

In October 2021, Saad Anwar’s vision of registering the same company under his own name, something hundreds of thousands of expats living in Saudi Arabia dreamed of, came true. This change accelerated Saad’s vision and ideas and fueled their success. Saad Anwar was determined to build a business from the start. He started in customer service and became a managing director of Saudi and European companies by the age of 24.

Despite criticism and losses, Saad Anwar persevered. He used these resources to succeed.

Saad Anwar became one of the youngest foreign investors in Saudi Arabia in August 2022. He has achieved a professional milestone by demonstrating his constant commitment and tenacity, which has earned him the respect and devotion of employees. His business style is unique because he treats his employees like friends. However, his unconventional business management goes beyond employee relations. Since Saad Anwar always carries his work environment with him, it goes beyond physical boundaries. For him, an office is the place where ideas are turned into strategic plans and then into action. The approach described above involves always looking for new opportunities, regardless of their size.

While many people find comfort in regularity, Saad lives in constant motion. His mind races as he thinks about strategies, projects and techniques to improve his companies. He has a Porsche and a BMW in his garage, but he’s also at home in the conference room of a start-up, advising budding companies on how to expand and thrive.
